Instructions

  1. Warming the cup with hot water.
  2. Grind size (medium to fine).
  3. Put filter paper in the cup, pour in hot water circling the filter paper.
  4. Spread coffee powder evenly on the surface.
  5. Pour in 25g hot water, bloom for 20 seconds.
  6. Pour in 300g hot water for 90~120 seconds.
  7. Remove the cup when dripping stops.
  8. Stir the coffee (in pot or cup) and ready for enjoyment!
