Coffee beans 20g
- Warming the cup with hot water.
- Grind size (medium to fine).
- Put filter paper in the cup, pour in hot water circling the filter paper.
- Spread coffee powder evenly on the surface.
- Pour in 25g hot water, bloom for 20 seconds.
- Pour in 300g hot water for 90~120 seconds.
- Remove the cup when dripping stops.
- Stir the coffee (in pot or cup) and ready for enjoyment!
